A guided self practice class where all the students practise the Ashtanga system at their own pace, with individual instruction and hands-on adjustments by the teacher. Poses are added gradually to ensure a safe yet challenging experience.

 

Classes are held once a month, usually on a Saturday.

 

Not suitable for complete beginners.
