Introduction to Yoga 6 weeks beginners course starts 7th January
This is the perfect course for you if you are thinking about starting yoga. Yoga is for everybody no matter your age, gender, or level of fitness, contrary to belief you do not have to be bendy to start yoga.
You will learn the key standing and seated postures, and the foundations to building a personal yoga practice. We will explore breath and movement synchronicity and the difference between pain and stretch sensations. All sessions will be tailored to the needs of individual students and begin and end with breath work and relaxation. By the end of the course students should feel confident to join any yoga class that is suitable for beginners and on completion of the course, will receive a 10% discount on a block of six yoga classes with Christina.
Course dates: 7th, 14th, 21st January and 4th, 11th, and 18th February 2023 (no class on January 28th)
